NORICS, an international organisation based in Sweden, has been established as a result of the joint efforts of leading clinical institutions and clinical professionals in the Nordic countries in response to national and international transformations in the healthcare sector. Our vision is to advance and transform the quality of healthcare provision by providing evidence-based solutions to the most pressing healthcare challenges. NORICS functions to connect global pioneers in clinical research and biotechnology with the healthcare sector, bringing life-changing innovations from the health and life sciences directly to patients. We emphasise value-based care to promote the development of a sustainable and world-leading healthcare model that can adapt to the ever-changing needs of its population. NORICS continues to develop through the joint efforts of our affiliate partner academic and clinical institutions.

Our affiliate hospitals offer a wide range of medical services from consultations to advanced surgeries, highly specialised treatments and long-term rehabilitations.
With a broad ranging global partner network, NORICS supports medical residents and professionals to complete their residency and clinical training in international accredited hospitals and institutions.
We have an established international medical residency/fellowship program for international resident doctors to complete their medical training in specialised disciplines. Through this program, we provide logistic support for international doctors and residents to complete their training and participate in educational exchange programs.
NORICS works with its partners to provide operational improvement within healthcare to satisfy cost reductions and quality improvements. We also work with established organisations to create, and launch innovative programs and businesses that can measurably improve the quality of healthcare.
We are committed towards driving innovation across the healthcare spectrum. We aim to connect global pioneers in clinical research and biotechnology with scientists and researchers from our partner institutes, providing a bridge for translational research initiatives across higher education universities and research centres.
